about

Conscious breathing is one of the main practices in meditation and praying.
It’s the time to feel the life in his deepest realm and the connection within the inside and the outside world.
It’s the time to train the beat of our heart in harmony with the rhythm of the Universe and draw the energy.
It’s the time to feel that we’re fundamentally one and realize the beauty of life.

lyrics

Breathing
Listen to the hearth is breathing
Listen to your heart is beating
Beating for you

Breathing
Listen to the river flowing
Listen to the birds are flying
Flying for you

And when you ever look the sky
You'll find a way to love and taking care
And when you ever bring your smile
You'll light the nature singing everywhere
And when you ever work inside
You'll see that everything can better change
She’s waiting for you

Breathing
Listen to the trees are growing
Listen to the children playing
They’re playing for you

Breathing
Listen to the wind is chanting
Listen to the sea is dancing
Dancing for you

And every time we dare to look inside
Then we can feel how to respect our lives
And every time we take a look around
Then we can learn how to protect our home
And when we strive to work together
We'll see that everyone can contribute
She’s waiting for you
